Are you a sole practitioner or a PR firm?

Officially, I am a sole practitioner. However,  I have a few great people on my team who assist me with a wide variety of projects when a need arises. They are experienced, reliable and well-educated business professionals, with a proven track record of success in marketing and Public Relations.

What are your qualifications for the job?

I have over 15 years of corporate and entrepreneural experience and a master's degree in Communications.  In addition, for the past few years, I have been successfully conducting business and creative writing seminars, and providing one-on-one and group coaching to a wide range of clients. As a result of our collaboration, many of my clients have been interviewed by major business and consumer publications, as well as radio and TV stations, allowing them to share their story, expand their visibility and raise their profile.

On top of that, I am very passionate about what I do (it's important to mention that!) and enjoy working with people. What information do you need before initiating a project?

I am expecting you to provide as much background information as possible about your products or services. This may include your brochures, articles, marketing letters, etc. The more details you provide, the more effective your copy or your PR campaign will be. It's that simple.

What if we need you to make some changes to your copy?

Not a problem. After I provide my first draft, feel free to make any changes and comments, or express any concerns you might have.  Please note that revisions come at no cost. It is my responsibility to fulfill your expectations and polish your copy to your full satisfaction. That's what I am here for. Just remember that those changes should be assigned within 7 days of your receipt of the copy.

How do we get the ball rolling?


It's easy. Just let me know what needs to be done. As soon as you are ready to initiate our collaboration, I will send you a  brief "Letter of Authorization", confirming our arrangement. After you sign off, I will initiate the project.

What is your turnaround when it comes to copywriting?


It varies, depending on my schedule and workload, your timetable, as well as the size and scope of the project. Typically, it it takes about 1-2 weeks to complete an assignment. In addition, you have a rush service at your disposal. If your project needs to be completed within a specific timeframe, you can order the service at a 15% surcharge. Projects are done in the order they are received.
 
How do you work?

When it comes to copywriting, my job is to persuade your prospects to buy from you. If we are doing PR, I will help you gain as much visibility as possible, come up with different angles for your story, compile a list of the most appropriate media outlets, and reach out to reporters, editors and producers on your behalf. Please note that I have to learn as much as possible about your company, your differentiation point, and all the benefits you provide. Therefore, I will conduct extensive research on your industry, your business, your competition, and your target audience. If necessary, I will read magazines, newsletters and trade publications, pertinent to your line of business. I have to do it all, to get your money's worth!

Can I see your portfolio?

Absolutely. Writing samples will be emailed to you upon your specific request.

What are your fees?


Price largely depends on the size, scope and complexity of the project. I usually charge a flat fee. However, to accommodate your needs, I can work on an hourly basis, retainer, or per diem. Whichever works best for you!
